Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to cleanliness and timeliness standards for various hotel areas.
  • Assist in preparing rooms for cleaning following guest departures and engage in thorough cleaning initiatives.
  • Support the housekeeping team by delivering essential items such as linens and toiletries, and restocking supplies in public spaces.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, including unclogging drains and changing light bulbs.
  • Handle cleaning agents and supplies responsibly, following safety protocols.
  • Operate commercial laundry and cleaning machinery effectively.
  • Manage all tasks related to laundry and linen maintenance.
  • Ensure linen and storage areas are adequately stocked.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Take on additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Professional demeanor in all work-related interactions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
