Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Therapy

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Paducah, Kentucky.

About the Job

We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. A minimum of one year's experience in physical therapy is required, as well as a current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to determine their potential for rehabilitation.
  • Develop and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined according to patients' capacities and tolerances under the direction of a physician.
  • Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record their conditions, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
