We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral services to children with autism and their families in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and conduct behavioral assessments, such as the VB-MAPP and Vineland, to identify individualized goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavior support plans, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective data collection systems.
- Train and support behavior therapists in the implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs.
- Conduct regular parent training and consultation, as prescribed by the treatment plan.
- Complete re-assessments and write reports in accordance with insurance guidelines.
- Participate in regular clinical meetings and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
- Agree to complete 28 hours of patient care time each work week.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services, including CAQH profiles and NPI.
- Remain current with research and evidence-based practices, completing competency assessments and mandatory trainings as required.
- Must be licensed as a BCBA.
- At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- One year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
