Mixology Expert

The Bartender is a key member of our team, responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. This role requires a deep understanding of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and Serve Drinks: Prepare a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to custom creations, ensuring that each drink is made to the highest quality and consistency.
• Customer Engagement: Welcome patrons, take orders, and engage in friendly conversation. Provide recommendations and offer a personalized experience.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies, and order ingredients as needed to maintain a well-stocked bar.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, including proper storage of glassware, utensils, and garnishes.
• Handle Payments: Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, or mobile payments, and provide correct change when necessary.
• Compliance: Adhere to all local and state alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols, such as handling glassware and equipment safely, and promptly addressing any safety concerns.
• Upselling: Suggest premium or additional items to boost sales, such as offering wine pairings or promoting special drinks.

Requirements:

• At least two years experience working as a bartender.
• Deep understanding of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients, proportions, and preparation methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multitask, handle multiple orders simultaneously, making drinks quickly and accurately, while giving exceptional customer service.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of alcohol laws with an understanding of the importance of responsible alcohol service and following all laws and regulations.
• Quick to find solutions to problems.
