Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate certified Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care and support in our Top-Rated Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) clinics. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting patients living with substance use disorders, and be responsible for various administrative tasks and duties.

This role is perfect for medical professionals who want to be on the forefront of addiction treatment and have a strong commitment to patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will work between our Northglenn, Denver Area, and Aurora clinics, providing a range of services including patient vitals, injections, and administrative work.

Responsibilities
  • Booking and rescheduling patients
  • Managing prior authorizations and patient communication
  • Patient vitals and injections
  • Work as an insurance liaison
  • Communicate with providers on a respectful and professional level
  • Administrative work, including managing paperwork and data
  • Opening and closing the facility
  • Guiding patients through new paperwork and contracts and medical protocols
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to navigate multiple patient medical record platforms
  • Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certificate
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proper time management
  • Reliable and dependable
