We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Bohler. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the site design process, working closely with our clients to deliver successful land development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Design Expertise: Direct the overall design and plan production philosophy, processes, and Quality Management (QA/QC) roadmap for projects across various industries, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
  • Technical Adviser: Provide technical expertise, creative solutions, and value engineering during concept, design, and construction phases to help clients accomplish their development goals.
  • Risk Mitigation: Provide recommendations on individual projects to mitigate risk for our clients throughout design, construction, and facility use.
  • Plan Review: Peer-review plans to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: The ability to learn quickly and multi-task with strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • Site Design Experience: A passion for, and experience with, site design, creative problem-solving, and mentoring others.
  • Education & Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and a Professional Engineering (PE) license (if applicable).
  • Industry Knowledge: Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D), industry standards water modeling, and storm water modeling programs.
