Job Title: ER Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ER Registered Nurse to join our team at Memorial Hospital of Converse County.

Job Summary:

The ER Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. The ideal candidate will have previous ER experience and be able to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Perform various medical procedures, including phlebotomy, starting IVs, and arterial line management.
  • Interpret ECGs and other diagnostic tests.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Wyoming.
  • Previous ER experience required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to interpret ECGs and other diagnostic tests.
Work Schedule:

The ER Registered Nurse will work a 3x12 schedule, with opportunities for additional shifts. No on-call or weekend shifts are required, but the nurse may be required to float to the ICU or Med/Surg units as needed.
