About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for residents
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
