About the Role

H-E-B is seeking energetic and motivated Partners to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve and review customer orders using digital tools
• Communicate order changes and adjustments to customers
• Audit orders for quality, completion, and accuracy
• Package and transport groceries and merchandise to customers' vehicles
• Minimize shrink through careful handling of products
• Achieve productivity standards

Additional Responsibilities

• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the eStore
• Maintain and stock bag areas
• Return product to shelves
• Transfer products from slot to slot to free up carts
• Organize carts and maintain cleanliness within the eStore
• Maintain standards for safety and sanitation

Requirements

• Minimum age 16
• Completion of all required training upon hire
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Perform in a fast-paced work environment requiring detailed work and precision
• Work with customers and stay attentive to their needs
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Work in varying conditions, including hot, wet, and cold environments
• Constantly walk, reach at waist, grasp

• Demonstrate the ability to lift 55 lbs and manage in excess of 55 lbs
