Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all products manufactured meet the established quality standards set by our customers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions to address product quality concerns.
• Develop and execute best practices aimed at defect prevention within a collaborative team setting.
• Provide training and support to shop floor associates regarding quality assurance protocols.
This is a senior-level position within the Bluffton Quality Team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of five years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior quality engineering role, ideally within a metals environment or a similar field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
