The successful candidate will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in an upscale continuing care retirement community. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our experienced therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' functional abilities and create customized treatment plans to address their needs.
• Develop and lead group and individual therapy sessions, focusing on activities such as balance training, strength exercises, and cognitive stimulation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
