Job Overview

Dynamic Integrated Security Inc. is seeking qualified HR218 (Retired Law Enforcement or Military preferred) professionals to serve as Armed Security Officers in educational settings in Sumter, South Carolina. This position is structured for the academic year, operating Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Preferred: HR 218 certification from Law Enforcement
  • Completion of 16 hours of classroom security training covering legal issues, emergency response, and patrol procedures
  • Possession of a firearm permit from SLED
  • Licensure as a security guard in South Carolina through SLED
  • Successful completion of a Level 2 FBI Fingerprint Check, 10 Panel Drug Test, Medical Physical, and Psychological Evaluation as mandated by the Department of Law Enforcement
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Valid South Carolina driver's license

Work Environment and Schedule:

The role involves working at various client sites, which may be indoors or outdoors. Candidates should be prepared for prolonged periods of standing and walking as part of daily security duties. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with potential weekend shifts and overtime as required.
