We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA to join our team at Country Village Center in Lancaster, NH.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care. This role is responsible for assisting patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients and residents with ADLs, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Report changes in patient and resident condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor
  • Participate in the care planning process
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
