**Position Overview:**

We are in search of a proficient Lead Optical Systems Engineer to drive the creation of state-of-the-art optical measurement systems for display technologies.

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in enhancing the precision and efficiency of our display measurement processes, advancing the frontiers of electrophoretic display technology.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Design and sustain optical measurement systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Lead initiatives for next-generation optical systems with an emphasis on compact design, speed, and precision
  • Oversee the development of electro-optical systems, ensuring effective collaboration with suppliers
  • Guide a team of engineers, nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Work collaboratively across departments to incorporate technological advancements into our measurement frameworks

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, with a focus on electro-optics
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills and creativity in both hardware and software development
  • Familiarity with machine vision systems, optical measurement techniques, and hardware control
  • Experience in leadership roles, particularly in project and team management

**Preferred Skills:**

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++
