Key Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, the Emergency Medical Vehicle Operator will perform essential tasks to ensure effective patient care in pre-hospital settings and during intra-facility transfers. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with company standards
  • Ensuring the ambulance and equipment are in optimal condition for patient transport
  • Conducting daily vehicle inspections to comply with safety regulations
  • Safely navigating stretchers in various environments, including hospitals and residences
  • Reporting mechanical or equipment deficiencies promptly
  • Adhering to uniform policies and maintaining professional conduct at all times
  • Being available for overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
