Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing position.

Minimum Experience: 1 year; first-time travelers are welcome
Patient Demographics
Population Served: Adolescents to Geriatrics
Required Certifications
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
Work Environment
Setting Requirements: No Block Scheduling; mixed MS/Tele and Intermediate patients, including neuro, respiratory, cardiac, and mixed medical cases. Responsibilities may include managing cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring. Assignments may vary based on patient acuity and staffing needs.
Patient Ratio: 1:4-5; please note this unit has a high staffing ratio.
Unit Systems Utilized: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Time Off Requests: Maximum of 7 days
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Floating Policy: Yes, within the facility
On-Call Requirements: None
Holiday Expectations: Travelers are expected to work during major holidays as outlined in the guidelines.
Compliance and Offer Information
Compliance: Full compliance is required to start on time; delays may occur if compliance is not met.
Offer Process: Once a candidate has signed, the manager has 48 hours to review the profile and determine fit for the unit and schedule. Offers are contingent upon meeting specific facility requirements.
