Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level I or Level II facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac nursing and be able to provide direct care to patients with cardiac conditions requiring close monitoring.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients with cardiac conditions requiring close monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Precept and educate new nurses on cardiac nursing protocols, patient management, and unit procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Stepdown Nurse in a Level I or Level II facility
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, evenings
