Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen space, including all china, glassware, silverware, and operational supplies to the highest standards.
  • Perform light prep tasks as needed.
  • Set up and break down lobby receptions, including wine and cheese, milk and cookies, and breakfast.
  • Ensure the kitchen is turned over in top-notch shape to the following shift, communicating any issues as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with coworkers.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adherence to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance.
