Position Overview
This role involves working under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN) to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. Responsibilities include providing individualized observation or conducting frequent safety assessments for patients identified as being at risk for self-harm, falls, or wandering throughout the assigned shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or patient support environment is preferred.
Work Environment
This position is part-time and may require flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
