Position Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional support and service to both customers and staff within a Call Center framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address the inquiries of customers and employees by actively listening and providing effective solutions to their immediate needs through incoming calls.
- Utilize a combination of technical knowledge and superior customer service skills to communicate clearly and ensure a comprehensive understanding of issues and their resolutions.
- Maintain a courteous, patient, and optimistic demeanor while assisting clients and colleagues.
- Offer technical support and guidance for incoming calls related to computer systems, software, and hardware for bank personnel.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and identify the most suitable solutions based on the information provided by customers and employees.
- Revise and update internal training materials as necessary.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding Online Banking, Debit Cards, and other account-related matters.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Call Center Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience in Direct Customer Service is essential. Prior experience in Banking and familiarity with banking systems is preferred.
