Job Title: Financial Director

We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead all aspects of financial management for a multi-divisional operation at Wayne Wire Cloth Products, Inc.

Overview:

The Financial Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, general ledger, treasury, payables and receivables, payroll, customer credit, banking, financial policies, auditing, risk and asset management, and standard cost practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of financial reporting and presentation of results for two Michigan facilities and one Mexican facility
  • Processing of Mexican exchange rates and banking operations
  • Monitoring and confirming financial condition; representing the company with external auditors
