We are currently in search of a dedicated and skilled Charge Nurse who possesses strong leadership and communication abilities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, overseeing nursing personnel, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and update patients' medical records while monitoring vital signs.
• Supervise nursing staff and address their needs effectively.
• Organize daily administrative tasks, including staff schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care.
• Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges with precision.
• Mentor and train new team members, offering guidance and support to all staff.
• Monitor medical charts and deliver compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative personnel, communicating any changes in protocols to the team.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Identify and respond to issues or emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN or LPN licensure.
• Additional certifications may be necessary.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate with excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical software applications.
• Ability to manage stress and work flexible shifts.
