Traveling RN for Interventional Radiology

Position: Travel Registered Nurse
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Schedule: Night Shift (3x12) 19:00 - 7:00
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Unit: Interventional Radiology
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with interventional radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, prioritizing their comfort and safety.
- Assist in a variety of procedures, including angiograms, biopsies, and catheter placements.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in their condition.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding procedures, recovery, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an RN license in the State of Assignment or a compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel nurse or 3 years of nursing experience without travel.
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility.
- Covid and Flu vaccinations are required.
