Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Holiday Station Stores - Workday. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
  • Ring up sales on the cash register accurately and efficiently
  • Perform multi-function operations of fuel consoles, lottery machines, and other equipment
  • Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness
  • Complete build-to's for ordering and purchasing merchandise
  • Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Working Conditions

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with occasional exposure to extreme cold temperatures, noise, and physical demands. You will be required to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
