  • Take orders accurately and deliver them promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of our menu and beer selection to effectively answer customer questions
  • Offer personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Process payments efficiently
  • Clean and set tables to high standards
  • Assist the kitchen as needed
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and diplomatically
