Host Role Overview

At Chili's Grill & Bar, our Hosts play a vital role in providing exceptional Guest experiences. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our Guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Host in Allentown.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list efficiently
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when necessary
• Answer telephone calls promptly and direct them accordingly
• Assist fellow Team Members as needed
