Healthcare Operations Manager for Clinical Excellence

As a Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita, you will work closely with Regional Operations Directors and directors to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving towards regional goals and standards. We are seeking individuals with an Associate's degree or higher, preferably in a related field, who possess minimum one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military), or equivalent renal experience. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, if required by state of employment, is also necessary. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected.
