Mold Processor Specialist

About the Job:

This role involves operating and maintaining our extrusion blow molding equipment to produce high-quality products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate blow molding equipment, including molds, dies, and ancillary equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collect and inspect random shots from molding machines to ensure quality standards are met.
• Process product according to specifications and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Journeyman certification or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Strong technical knowledge of blow molding equipment and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
