Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join one of our trusted school districts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral and academic support to a middle school student.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, teachers, psychologists, and families.
  • Implement direct and indirect teaching programs, reinforcement systems, and behavior guidelines.
  • Work with students with various disabilities, including autism support and medically fragile students.
Requirements
  • RBT Certification is preferred.
  • Behavior experience is required.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
