Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  • Preparing various tax returns including corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and estate income tax returns, along with tax filings for tax-exempt organizations.
  • Collaborating with tax managers and partners to gather necessary information from clients to prepare work papers and schedules that support reported amounts on income tax returns.
  • Completing Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, 1041, and Forms 990 and 990-EZ, including all associated schedules and statements, as well as related state and local tax filings.
  • Possessing a CPA designation is preferred.
  • Having 3-5 years of experience in public accounting is essential.
