Key responsibilities include developing a strategic vision for the program, leading and motivating a team of professionals, designing instructional programs, promoting events and activities, and fostering partnerships with local organizations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tennis Professional or Tennis Director, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- USPTA or PTR Certification: USPTA or PTR certification is preferred.
- Strong Playing Ability: Excellent playing ability and knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and rules.
