Position Details: MedElite is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care. Diagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infections. Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems. Requirements: DEA License. Nurse Practitioner License.
