Clinical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in Brielle, New Jersey. As a leading provider of home health care services, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and exceeding client expectations.

We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity performing outpatient home health visits. This role involves providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in senior living facilities throughout Ocean County, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills, particularly with electronic medical records (EMR), are also essential.

• Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns, and appearance of ambulation, strength, and endurance of muscles, balance testing, and safety assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions
• Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy care plan and participate in multidisciplinary care planning as necessary
• Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living

• A current NJ Physical Therapist license
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Solid computer skills, particularly with EMR systems

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
