Position Overview

Vibrant ABA is dedicated to delivering tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in diverse communities. Our mission is to empower our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) by providing extensive training and essential resources. In collaboration with Paradigm Health, we offer a holistic support system that encompasses Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
  • Possess or be eligible for the LBA credential in New York State.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with ASD, collaborating with caregivers to establish impactful goals and treatment strategies.
  • Design and evaluate data-driven behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and providing specific performance feedback while ensuring the clinical integrity of programs in home environments.
  • Work in partnership with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, which may include frequent sitting on the floor, standing up, and engaging in physical activities with children.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
