Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of residential renovation projects, ensuring all phases are completed according to schedule and client, architect, and interior designer specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues before they arise, develop contingency plans, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a focus on renovations and remodels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Work Ethic: A commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
