About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the Mount Carmel territory.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve and enhance patient well-being.
- Observe and report patient response to treatment and any changes in condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
- Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
- Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
