Clinical Supervisor

Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing clinical leadership and supervision to our team of Behavior Interventionists and Program Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Clinical Supervision: Provide high-quality clinical supervision to Behavior Interventionists and Program Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective behavioral therapies.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring they meet the needs of each client and align with our organization's mission and values.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments: Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop function-based treatments.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to Behavior Interventionists and Program Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective behavioral therapies.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, technicians, parents, and other professionals, to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
- Master's Degree in Related Field: A Master's degree in a related field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology.
- BCBA Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong ABA and Clinical Skills: Strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and clinical practice, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
