  • Customer Service

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Trek products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Store Operations

    • Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay informed and aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
