Job Title: Valet Staff

Join the Citizen Potawatomi Nation team as a Valet Staff member and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Valet Staff member, you will be responsible for greeting customers, providing directions, and retrieving vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute shift work by reviewing available parking spaces and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, explaining fees and requirements, and answering questions.
  • Fill parking spaces by providing driving directions to available parking spaces and following lot-fill patterns and sequences.
  • Provide valet service by driving, parking, and retrieving vehicles for customers, securing vehicles, and filing keys.
  • Track available parking spaces by communicating with other attendants and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collect parking fees by calculating fees, taking cash and credit card payments, and securing funds.
  • Maintain the parking area by cleaning up debris and ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Protect vehicles by driving carefully, preventing unauthorized access to the parking lot and vehicles, and calling the police to apprehend trespassers.
  • Assist customers with disabilities by operating the handicap ramp and providing additional support as needed.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic math skills and cash handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Availability to work any shift, start time, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Working Conditions:

Work will be predominately outside where temperatures may range from extreme cold to extremely hot, dry, and wet conditions.

Salary:

$12.00 per hour + tips.
