About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities, including the interior and exterior of the building, as well as the equipment and grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Maintain the outside grounds, including landscaping and trash removal
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
