Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at the Hampton Inn Hershey Near the Park. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms: Clean and service assigned guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's established standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Report any maintenance deficiencies or safety hazards to management, and ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
  • Perform Deep Cleaning and Seasonal Tasks: Complete additional deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as scheduled, ensuring the hotel's high standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year of cleaning experience, with previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to ensure understanding and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of proper chemical handling, and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
