Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist

Norman Regional Health System, a community hospital system nestled in the Oklahoma City metro area, is seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join its innovative cardiovascular program. The salary for this position ranges from $27.84 to $45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience. This Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist role involves preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient conditions, and establishing a sterile environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional relationships with cardiologists and electrophysiologists, as well as the ability to act as a preceptor for new hires and students.

• Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS
• Previous procedural area experience preferred
• American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, preferably with Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training required during orientation, with current BLS maintenance through re-training during employment; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment
