About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a rural clinic setting. As an SLP, you will work with patients of all ages, providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SLP to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric and adult patients, and will be able to provide a range of services, including patient evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure patient progress and goal achievement
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain clinical expertise and stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist License (DORA) or valid compact license
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification
  • Valid Driver's License (for Home Health only)
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence granted by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (CCC-SLP) preferred
