Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Hospice Aide. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the interdisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with ambulation and transfer
- Prepare and serve light meals and snacks
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as emptying trash and changing linens
- Document patient care and progress
- Participate in quality improvement activities and staff meetings
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance
- CPR certification
