About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as an Operations Leader for Experiential Hospitality. As the Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and spa or wellness services.

Your primary focus will be on managing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high standards of service and operational efficiency. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and achieve financial goals while embodying the core values and adventurous spirit of the Gravity Haus brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor revenue targets, control costs, and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff to create a cohesive and motivated team.
