- Resolving client complaints/issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, basic computer and digital tools skills.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
