Job Summary

BAYADA at Inspira Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to adult and geriatric clients in Cumberland County, Salem County, and Gloucester County, NJ.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in accordance with patient needs and preferences.
  • Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing medical care and support as needed.
  • Administer medication, perform wound care, and provide treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Perform client assessments as necessary, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet to accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
  • Case management and coordination to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
