About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. in Burlington, WA. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, maintaining equipment and facility to ensure maximum reliability, and troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
