HR Generalist

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Bienville Orthopaedic Specialist LLC. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Talent Acquisition cycle, including recruiting, preliminary screening, employment offers, new employee orientation, and on-boarding.
• You will collaborate with human resources managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and job postings. Your role will also involve administering employee benefits, addressing benefit inquiries and issues, and ensuring accurate billing and payment.
• As an HR Generalist, you will prepare various reports, including EEO-1 and VETS 100, and assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• You will maintain complete and accurate personnel and benefits files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• An estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of HR Generalist or applicable experience is required.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
