About the Role

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Littleton, Colorado. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to young children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy that focuses on naturalistic learning and developmentally appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
  • Design and deliver services tailored to the unique needs of each child and family, promoting seamless continuity of care from diagnosis through therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with families to develop ambitious goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets.
